Lighting Designer, LC

Alicia is a lighting designer with 5 years of experience, with an emphasis on energy-efficiency and universal design. Alicia’s background is in psychology as well as interior design, and she is driven by a passion for occupant health and emotional well-being. She keeps lighting’s effects on behavior and mood closely in mind when designing a space, prioritizing daylighting, circadian rhythm, and occupant ease of use. Alicia believes that understanding the owner’s vision and parameters, as well as the use of the space and occupant needs are key to project success, and works diligently to streamline communication and coordinate details among the design team throughout the life of a project.
